Our California office is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant for the Fontana office that will compliment and support a top performing Sales Engineer in the Construction industry. Applicant must be a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong computer and organizational skills to manage the clerical and operations duties in support of a rapidly growing business. Knowledge of stormwater systems, regulations and/or General Contracting will be helpful as there is great potential for growth in this role. This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

· Draft proposals, change orders, contracts, state registrations & warranties
· Complete customer per-qualification packets and bid forms
· Process and manage all customer contracts and certificate of insurance requests
· Create and maintain organized job files
· Assist Sales Engineer and Project Engineer with customer calls and requests
· Assist with organization of field reports
· Cross trained on other administrative functions within the office
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and Word
- 2+ years of Sales Administration
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Construction industry experience is a plus
